healing technologies, along with many and varied possibilities for self and spiritual development. Stephanie had the courage, and immense support from her own family to bring her vision to fruition, which created the first Body 'N Soul Festival two years ago.

As we move towards our third - and most exciting Festival to date - I know Stephanie will offer us even more support and creativity towards this being the best Body 'N Soul Festival yet.

Having been involved in the journey of Body 'N Soul almost from the beginning, I can only admire and celebrate the immense amount of time, energy, work, creativity and planning that has become this excellent festival. As a stall holder, who has two excellent years to date, I know that Body 'N Soul Festival 2010, will be bigger and better, with more improvements, events and things on offer to both participants and the public - which makes an excellent reason for returning - or for visiting for the first time if you've not been before.

Stephanie and her family are always open to suggestions, and have a great committment to making the festival the best it can be for all concerned - which makes for smooth running, and as far as possible, an harmonious team.

Body 'N Soul Festival 2010, is a great opportunity to broaden your horizons, perhaps have a healing or some self-nourishment, maybe pick up a crystal or two, have a drawing of your Guides and Angels. Maybe you'd like to delve a little deeper into the possibilites happening on Planet Earth in these exciting times - or just come along and enjoy the entertainment - it's certainly an event not to be missed!
